That's a great starting price if it's in good working condition. I almost bought one a few years back but shipping them can be a nightmare and very expensive. It was twice the cost of the cabinet I found at the time. If you're local, it's a steal. If not, there's a Shipping Database with info and national/regional shipper of cabinets that's very handy and you can still squeak out under $600. Site is a little old and some links don't work but it's a good starting point with phone numbers, brief reviews and rough pricing.
